Born and raised in Ventura County, my wife and I retired to Bear Valley Springs after 30 years in public service. I served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Medic, later working with at‑risk youth before beginning an 18‑year career in Ventura County government as a Field Representative and Chief of Staff. I also served six years on the Santa Paula City Council, including one as Mayor. My experience spans budgeting, infrastructure, public safety, land‑use policy, and community advocacy. I remain committed to ensuring every Bear Valley Springs resident has a voice and is genuinely heard.
